We personalize Oregon wine tours just for you. To best suit your needs, we have several options available. If there are specific wineries you want to visit, let us know. We will select wineries for you based on your preferences. Using our knowledge of Oregon’s wines we will work with you to design the perfect trip. If you let us know the types of wines, price points, and some of your favorite wines, we will find wineries that you will enjoy. With almost 400 wineries in the state, our goal is to help you find a new favorite. We have spent time getting to know the wineries in the area so that we can help show you wines that you will enjoy.
Your group of up to eight will be guided through wine country by a knowledgeable guide in our comfortable van. While working in tasting rooms I often received feedback from guests about their tours. One common comment from guests that had taken a limo was the limited interaction with the driver, especially during the drive times. For guests that had not used a limo, some tour vehicles were not as comfortable as they would have liked. In our vehicle we have tried to find a middle ground. We purchased a 15 passenger van and had the interior replaced. Seating was limited down to 9 with 6 captain’s chairs and a bench in the back. Each seat is high quality leather and has additional leg room. We also installed a 15” flat screen and DVD player so that we can show video clips about the area and Oregon’s wine industry.
All tours include visits to four wineries, including up to 6 hours of touring the selected wineries, and up to an hour of driving time before and after your tour. Tours can start in most locations throughout the Willamette Valley including Portland, Salem and Eugene. Each of our winery tours includes a meat and cheese tray at one winery and a chocolate tray at another. For the meat and cheese tray we have worked with a number of local vendors to provide bread, meats and cheeses from Oregon companies with most located in the Willamette Valley. Some of the dairies we have worked with include Willamette Valley Cheese Company, Ancient Heritage Dairy, and Tumalo Farms. Our chocolate tray uses chocolates from the Willamette Valley and California. We have also offer “Oregon Rain” bottled water in oxo-biodegradable bottles from Eola Bottling Company in Gervais.
We look forward to personalizing an Oregon wine tour just for you. Our private tour rates start at $320. We have also predesigned tours across the state to help highlight a variety of topics.
